Improve fringe documentation in Lisp manual.

* doc/lispref/display.texi (Fringe Indicators): Add xref to Fringe Bitmaps.
Move the list of standard bitmaps there.
(Fringe Cursors): Rewrite for clarity.
(Fringe Bitmaps): Consolidate the list of standard bitmaps here.
